Look, there's plenty of studios out there drawing pretty buildings. But we've spent the last decade figuring out how to make spaces that don't just look good - they actually work with nature instead of against it.

Started in Toronto back when "green building" was still seen as some hippie thing, we've proven you can create stunning contemporary spaces without wrecking the environment. Our projects range from cozy residential homes to large commercial developments, and yeah, we've even brought some old historic buildings back to life.

Lakeside Commons

A mixed-use development that brought new life to Toronto's waterfront without compromising the ecosystem.

This one took us three years from concept to completion, but the result speaks for itself. We integrated green roofs, passive solar design, and rainwater harvesting while maintaining the industrial character of the neighborhood. The ground floor retail opens directly to a public plaza that's become a genuine community hub.
